Participating in Vilnius sports fair 2012

Organization "Sveikas miestas" has done a great job to arrange such a big, nice and colorful sports fair of 2012 m. in Vilnius "Siemens" arena at September 8th.

More than 10 000 visitors had a chance to come and meet more than 100 capital's sports clubs and schools, and "Badminton virus" was happy to be a part of the event and present badminton as a sport and club's activities.

London Olympic Games 2012 badminton schedule

All the badminton community is eagerly waiting for London Olympic Games 2012 to find out who will be the proud owner of Olympic medals.

The official badminton tournament schedule is available online here, but for those usability and ergonomics freaks, "Badminton virus" has compiled a 2 page printable pdf file with preliminary schedule, so you can keep it with you at all times and not miss a single match!

Street badminton in Gediminas avenue

"Badminton virus" together with an initiative "Park differently" and Vilnius city municipality is organizing street badminton games in Gediminas avenue, near Central post, on second weekend of June 2012!

The program consists of badminton match demonstration, mini turnaments and participation of the spectators.

We invite club members and citizens to bring their rackets and join the fun event!
